Arrival & Departure Information

Registered Families should watch their email for important
& detailed Arrival & Departure information for their child’s session.

Arrival

• Please be punctual when dropping off campers. Program begins promptly after Arrival time.
• If you are bringing overnight campers of different age groups in the same car, bring them in the first time slot
• Due to the time constraints, and COVID-19 safety protocols, tours of the facilities are not available on Arrival Day. 

Departure

• Please be punctual when picking up campers!! Carefully note the date and pickup time. Immediately following campers’ departure, our staff must prepare for the next session.
• Pickup Authorization: If someone other then the parent/guardian is picking up a camper, written authorization signed by the parent/guardian must be provided to the camp office prior to the departure date.
• Remember to pick up your camper’s belongings & medications and check the Lost & Found!!
