Outdoor Education Facilities

Explore the Natural World

Nestled in the heart of the Kawarthas, on the south shore of Clear Lake, our main facility is located at 1010 Birchview Road, Douro-Dummer, Ontario. With almost 200 acres of beautiful land with over 6 km of trails, forests, wetlands and 800 feet of waterfront on Clear Lake, our centre provides our guests the opportunity to explore the natural world and learn about the environment. With straw bale buildings, a nature centre, a straw bale solar green house, an authentic trading post, a wigwam, a tipi, and a traditional encampment area, our site is an inspirational and comfortable venue for your visit.
