{Camp Kawartha was a fantastic host. We are grateful for the extra efforts and energy that the Camp Kawartha put into both the preparations for the weekend as well as the conference weekend itself. They had kind, helpful, and friendly staff who were easy to communicate with. They were flexible and very accommodating. The food  for the weekend was high quality, delicious, and nutritious. We couldn't believe the variety of delicious snacks and meals that were provided. Camp Kawartha also went above and beyond in hosting a tour of their Environment Centre and providing a shuttle bus for folks to get there and back. {Thank you for another wonderfully facilitated experience of making peace with winter at Camp Kawartha. Everything from the contract and date navigation, to the price point, to the planning and responsiveness (both quick and thorough) to feedback to grow from last year‘s conference was so so greatly appreciated!  Our community has the experience of so many different camps and outdoor Ed sites in different seasons and Camp Kawartha exceeds expectations for customer service, as a beautiful winter oasis, AND as a leader in sustainability!  It is such a gift to showcase the outdoor ed professionals!  We are also so grateful for the continued staff engagement during our conference, ensuring we have all of the supplies and resources, and that any food and accommodation challenges can be quickly remedied. {Camp Kawartha was the perfect location to host our weekend-long winter youth retreat. The members of our Youth Council who attended are environmental leaders in their communities and they gave glowing reviews on the tasty local food provided and the sustainable features of the camp property. {We all really enjoyed Kawartha Camp.  It is a beautiful location.  We were here with 15 Girl Guides (ages 9-12) and 3 leaders over a very snowy weekend.  The staff were very accommodating, especially Cedar, Riley, and Danny.  The food was very good and again very accommodating for allergies etc.  Overall, a great experience!  Tracy Anthony, Guide Leader of the 12th Whitby Girl Guides

{We are absolutely blown away from our weekend at Camp Kawartha!  We rented the space for a winter wellness retreat.  This weekend took months of planning and from start to finish Camp Kawartha staff were incredible.  They were thorough, kind, approachable, and supportive.  Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND and we are so grateful.  The natural surroundings, rustic cabins, nourishing meals, and winter activities all contributed to our magical weekend.  We can't wait to return!!!
