With straw-bale buildings, examples of wind and solar energy and solar greenhouse, Camp Kawartha showcases examples of a low carbon future. From the Rotary Health Centre, to our strawbale green house, from our organic gardens to our naturalized shorelines, Camp Kawartha exemplifies sustainable living in action.
