From sails to mills, humans have been harnessing the power of the wind for
thousands of years. In this program, students learn how the wind, a
renewable energy source, and the mighty turbine play a vital role in
generating clean energy for today’s needs. After some experimentation,
students will have the opportunity to design, build and test wind turbine blades
of their own creation.
