Games are an important part of many cultures, but particularly those in which good hunting skills such as strength, balance and agility are a matter of survival. Students will try some of the amazing traditional games of the Metis, First Nations, and Inuit people such as the Inuit blanket toss, the knee jump challenge and others. Some games involve light-hearted competition while others involve teamwork but all are entertaining and engaging.
