Team building requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and cooperation. In this program, students participate in a series of fun and interactive challenges that encourage them to develop and improve the skills needed to create a powerful team. Students will have the opportunity to problem-solve, share ideas, and discover new strengths in themselves as well as in others. Each experience is unique and creates moments for discussion and reflection. Challenges may include tower building, pipeline navigation, and the ‘human slingshot’.
