Atul has lived in Peterborough since 1989 and is the Finance Manager at Dynacast Ltd. (formerly Fishercast Ltd).

Married to Charlotte Van Leeuwen, a self-employed real-estate agent with Remax Eastern, they both enjoy spending time with their five adult children. Atul and Charlotte have had a very exciting year having celebrated the wedding of their oldest child.

Atul has been a member of the Peterborough Rotary Club since 1994 and currently sits on the Board of the Community Foundation of Greater Peterborough (CFGP).

Atul has been very involved in his community, past roles include Board member of Showplace Peterborough, Peterborough Civic Hospital, Peterborough Community Access Centre, Chamber of Commerce & Canadian Mental Health Association.

In their spare time Atul and Charlotte enjoy golf, travelling and curling along with walks with their black Labrador retriever.
