Booking Forms
- Overnight School Group Contract – Booking contract, program selection, rates & billing procedures.
- Group Requirements Sheet – Summary of your groups’ cabin needs, food allergies, etc. In order to properly prepare for your group, please submit this completed form 3 weeks before your arrival.
- Day Group Contract
- Feedback Questionnaire – Your candid feedback will help us to continue to improve our programming.

Sample Schedule for 2 1/2 Day Trip
Most school visits are 2½ days in duration (Mon-Wed, or Wed-Fri).
