Hi everyone! My name is Rivers (she/her), and I am super excited to be the Day Camp Director this summer! This will be my 5th year on staff at CK. My favourite thing about camp is spending time on the range and being outside. Outside of camp, I am in my 3rd year at the University of British Columbia in Kelowna, and am majoring in Earth and Environmental Science and minoring in GIS. I can’t wait to bring all of the things I’ve been learning about to camp to help make some fun environmental activities for day camp! In order to be more green in my everyday life, I always carry around a reusable water bottle and I try to go paperless for school. My goals for this summer are to ensure that everyone stays safe and has an amazing summer full of smiles and laughs! I can’t wait to see everyone soon!
