Camp Kawartha

Information for Parents & Students

Our staff strive to deliver nothing short of a magical experience for students in the natural environment. We want your child to have a safe and happy time while at Camp Kawartha. Below, please find information to help prepare your child for his or her arrival and stay at our centre.

Preparing for your visit

Students and adults with special dietary needs are given individual attention and alternative meals. Be sure to disclose any food allergies or dietary concerns to your child’s teacher, who will forward the information to us. Please note, we prohibit all foods that contain nuts or traces of nuts.

We offer a variety of souvenirs for students, teachers and parents to purchase as a momento of their visit. All proceeds are used to support our ongoing activities. Please visit our GiftShop page for more details.

Contacting Our Office

Our administration office can be reached during regular business hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Messages left on our office voice mail overnight will be delivered as soon as possible the next day. We recommend that visiting teachers and parent chaperones carry cellphones in case parents need to reach the group during evening hours.
